Delete your account

The fastest and safest option is inside the game:

After confirmation, the game deletes the Firebase identity, cloud profile, credits, scores, personal records, puzzle-completion history, Daily and weekly competition entries, stored purchase-verification records, and game entitlements associated with that account.

If the game is no longer installed

You can still initiate deletion by emailing ansualbenj@gmail.com with the subject Color Mix Sudoku account deletion. Include your Google Play Games display name and any account reference you previously saved. Support may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data so that another person cannot delete your account.

What Google retains

Deleting the Color Mix Sudoku account does not delete the underlying Google Account, Google Play Games profile, or Google Play purchase history controlled by Google. Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored if you later create a new Color Mix Sudoku account.

Timing

In-game authenticated deletion is normally immediate. Support requests are reviewed and completed as soon as reasonably possible. You will be told if limited information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation.
