Terms of Service

These terms apply to Color Mix Sudoku, provided by Ansual’s Games. By using the game, you agree to use it lawfully and fairly.

Game access

The game may offer guest play and optional Google Play sign-in. Online rankings, cloud progress, competitive rewards, purchases, and some unlocks require an authenticated account and internet access.

Virtual credits and points

Points and credits are game features, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not cryptocurrency. Ansual’s Games may correct balances affected by errors, duplicate rewards, fraud, or abuse. Reasonable notice will be provided before intentional economy changes when practical.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund rules. Prices shown by Google Play control over fallback prices displayed while the store is loading.

Fair play

Do not manipulate timers, scores, ads, purchase verification, accounts, or leaderboard results. Abusive or fraudulent entries may be removed and affected rewards may be corrected.

Availability and changes

The game is provided as available. Features may change during testing, and online services may occasionally be unavailable. We will use reasonable care to preserve legitimate purchases and cloud progress.

Account termination and deletion

Players may delete their accounts using the account deletion options. Ansual’s Games may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to harm the service.
