Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ansual’s Games handles information when you play Color Mix Sudoku.
Information the game processes
- Google Play identity: your Play Games player identifier and display name when you choose or allow Google Play sign-in. The game exchanges a short-lived authorization code for a Firebase identity; it does not receive your Google password.
- Game progress: puzzle completions, difficulty, completion times, scores, personal records, credits, unlocked items, settings needed for cloud progress, Daily Challenge entries, and weekly competition results.
- Purchases: product identifier, order identifier, a protected hash of the Google Play purchase token, entitlement, and verification time. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not provided to Ansual’s Games.
- Advertising and diagnostics: Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information according to the player’s region and consent choices.
Why this information is used
Information is used to save and restore progress, prevent duplicate rewards, verify purchases, operate Daily and weekly competitions, award credits, provide rewarded help, protect the game from abuse, and diagnose failures.
Services that receive information
The game uses Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Google Mobile Ads. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Ansual’s Games does not sell player information.
Retention and deletion
Account and gameplay information is retained while the Color Mix Sudoku account exists. A player can delete the account and associated cloud data from Settings → Privacy & Account, or begin a request through the public deletion page. Limited operational logs may remain temporarily where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or service reliability.
Player choices
Players can use the game without creating a cloud account, though cloud progress, purchases, rewards, and online rankings require sign-in. Where required, advertising choices are available through Settings → Privacy & Account → Advertising Privacy Choices.
Children’s privacy
Color Mix Sudoku is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided account information may contact support to request deletion.
Security
Network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. Currency, paid unlocks, purchases, and competitive rewards are changed only by authenticated server functions.
Changes and contact
This policy may change as the game adds features. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Questions can be sent through the support page.
